Green Day Concert

After the great success of "American Idiot," Green Day will go on stage in Italy during the world tour of their new album, '21st Century Breakdown'.
The California band worked on this album for three years together with Butch Vig, a producer famous for his cooperation with Nirvana, Smashing Pumpkins, and many other artists. This cooperation yielded incredible results: their work was in fact appreciated by all the critics.
Green Day's eighth album follows a young couple through the mess and promise of the 21st century and it comprises 3 acts: Heroes and Cons, Charlatans and Saints, and Horseshoes and Handgrenade.
"Rolling Stone" considers this album even more ambitious than the previous "American Idiot," describing it as 'an album of die-hard punk ideals… tightly scripted, continually ascending classic-rock excitement'.
After a four-year wait, Green Day will return to Milan for a spectacular concert and live performances of their new hits from '21st Century Breakdown'.

How to get to Mediolanum Forum

By Car
West bypass road (Tangenziale ovest), exit at Viale Liguria-Assago.
Milano-Genova highway, exit at Assago (coming from Milan, the exit is located before the toll booth; coming from Genoa, the exit is located right after the toll booth).
Then follow signs to 'Forum'.

By Train
From the central station and from the Garibaldi station, take subway line 2 and get off at Famagosta.
From here, take ATM bus no. 320 or 328 to the Forum area.

By public transportation
Subway line 2, get off at Famagosta.
Shuttle buses run between Famagosta and Filaforum during and at the end of concerts.

From the Malpensa airport
Shuttle bus to the central station, then green-line subway and get off at Famagosta.
From here, ATM bus no. 320 or 328 to the Forum area.
